  • BCLS/CPR FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

    The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. This class is for the Healthcare Provider and includes instruction in Adult, Child and infant CPR as well as AED and choking.

  • ACLS (ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT)

    This advanced course highlights the importance of high-performance team dynamics and communication, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS). This class is for the Healthcare Provider and includes hands on practice for the mega code. Students must have working knowledge of Cardiac dysrhythmias.

  • NRP (NEONATAL RESUSCITATION PROGRAM)

    The Neonatal Resuscitation Program® (NRP®) course conveys an evidence-based approach to care of the newborn at birth and facilitates e​ffective team-based care for healthcare professionals who care for newborns at the time of delivery. NRP utilizes a blended learning approach, which includes online testing, online case-based simulations, and hands-on case-based simulation/debriefing that focus on critical leadership, communication, and team-work skills.​​ This class is for the Healthcare Provider and provides you with the skills and care standards for all newborn critical scenarios according to AAP guidelines. (SKILLS ONLY)

  • MAB (MANAGEMENT OF ASSUALTIVE BEHAVIOR)

    This course teaches the healthcare and emergency medical services professionals the techniques to use when dealing with the potentially assaultive client. Students will understand and have the ability to recognize potentially dangerous situations and the ability to minimize situations before any physical intervention or assault. Provides both instruction and practical use of Management of Violent Prevention and Work Place Violence for the Healthcare Provider. (Recommended for students to wear comfortable clothing)

  • BASIC EKG

    This short course reviews the main features of EKG tracings. A method for analyzing EKGs is also presented. This method includes assessment of rhythm, calculating heart rate, observing P-wave forms, measurement of EKG intervals and segments and the evaluation of other relevant waves. Understanding the principles and reading electrocardiographic graphic patterns. Prerequisite for the ACLS course.

  • IV THERAPY AND BLOOD WITHDRAWAL

    This course will provide students with training and certification in the techniques required to start an IV as well as blood withdrawal. The course provides information on fluid and electrolyte balance, management and care of the IV site, anatomy and physiology, and universal precautions. Instruction which will enable licensed nursing personnel to acquire the concept of IV Therapy and Blood products, total parenteral nutrition and blood withdrawal. State certified for 36 hours of instruction.

  • MONITOR TECHNICIAN

    This comprehensive 3 day course teaches basic cardiac anatomy and guides you through the principles of electrophysiology, ECG complexes, recognition of arrhythmias and myocardial infarctions.

  • HEARTSAVER CPR, AED & FIRST AID

    This course is designed to prepare you to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. It is designed for those who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements. This would include teachers, fitness trainers, lifeguards and coaches. This is also a wonderful course for anyone that has a responsibility to care for another person including parents and babysitters. It is for the non healthcare professional. PEDIATRIC CPR, AED & FIRST AID This course teaches students information needed to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.
